C&Y microwave ferrite.jpgMicrowave Ferrite.jpgCharacteristics
In recent years due to success in the field of microwave electronics a lot of devices of dfferent applications were produced. The prospects for future development of
microwave systems with predetermined characteristics are mainly assigned by ferrite choise. However the choise of a material for a concrete application in microwave
technique is a complicated task, as there are different requirements to different parts of microwave band. Among main characteristics of ferrites suitable for high
frequencies are:
1.At the expense of high specic etrial rsistvity (p >106 Om:sm) ferrites are characterised by low deletric lsses at high frequencies tg-10-2+104).
2.Dielectric permittivity(about 10-15)
3.Thermal stability in a wide temperature range
4.The high activity is being determined by the value of minimal bias which is essential for required nominal parameters providing.
5.Saturation magnetization, M s; 4Ms (400-5000 G)
6.The width of resonance curve 20H is one of the main parameters characterising properties of frrites applied in high-frequency band. The yttrium-iron monocrystals exhibit the minimal value 2H =0.3-0.5 Oe. The width of resonanse curve of plytalline frrites varies from 3...40 to 800-1000 Oe.

Configurations
Microwave ferrites and ceramics are being produced on the base of pressed powder sintered at high temperatures. After thermal sintering the items can be smoothed and/or polished. Company produces items with different forms. Dimensional allowance at mechanical treatment is 0,02 mm. In spite of standard variants of performance it is possible to produce ferrites in accoradance with sizes and customers drawings.

Microwave Ferrite Materials:
Materials on the base of yttrium iron garnets
CHIYUE manufactures ferrites or ceramics on the base of compounds with garnet and spinel structures. Yttrium-iron garnets are applied for production of different high-frequency devices operating in low border of high-frequency band. The great interest to ferrites with garnet structure, particularly, to yttrium garnet is explained by narrow line of ferromagnetic resonance absorption. Such materials are also characterised by small magnetic losses; relatively high magnetization; high thermalstability.Often ions of Cobalt and Rare-earth ions (Dy), (Gd) are introduced to materilas structure in order to improve material characteristics for increasing of ferrite stability to Power.

Materials on the base od compunds with spinel structure
Ferrite materials on the base of Mg spinel are characterised by small values of coercive field strength and also by low magnetic and dielectric losses that allows to use them in fields far from resonance area. cocernintg devices operating nerby resonance area the great is interest is attracted to materials on the base of Ni spinel. Such ferrites are characterised by a wide range of magnetization and high thermal stability. Ferrites on the base of Li spinel can be used in discrete phase shifters. Small values of coercive field strength and thermal stability in operating temperature range and a wide range of saturation magnetization values are characteristic for such materials.

Advantages:
We have our own quality control department which is constituted by an expert teams. Each microwave ferrite magnets must be exactly tested before sales to guarantee that they are of high quality and meet specific requirement of customers.

Designed for isolator and circulator sub-systems used in a wide range of frequencies in radio-communication systems, Ferrite materials are available in disc or triangular formats or as custom designs. The materials are based on CHIYUE formulations, offering low deltaH (H) values that are effective in reducing IMD.

By associating the ferrites with a dielectric material, it is possible to develop a wide choice of composites for miniaturizing isolator/circulator designs.

Surface Treatment:
In surface treatment, various protective claddings are applied on the surface of microwave magnets, includeing Ni-Cu-Ni, Zn, Au, Ag, Sn, Ti, TiN, Cr, etc. Besides, we can customize specific surface treatment for microwave ferromagnets according to requirements of customers.

Maintenance:
DO NOT place microwave ferrite magnets in following environments to prevent them from rusting or reducing magnetic performance.
1. Acid or Alkali Liquor
2. Organic Solvent
3. Electrolyte
4. Water or Oil
5. Hydrogen
6. Active Gas like Chlorine, Ammonia, Oxynitride
7. Radiation or Radioactive Rays
